During the state of emergency following rules apply:
1. A ban on the presence of the public in catering establishments and music, dance, gaming and similar social clubs and discos, gaming rooms and casinos applies between 22:00 and 04:59
2. Advent and Christmas markets are prohibited
3. Alcohol consumption in public places is prohibited, consumption in the interior of restaurants is not limited
